Install the Android app
The Wear Time application is currently in beta, and must be installed directly rather than through the Play Store. Open this page on the Android phone you want to install it on, then follow the steps below.

Allow installs from this browser
Since this app isn't from the Play Store, Android needs your permission once. Go to Settings → Security (on some phones: Settings → Apps → Special access) → Install unknown apps, choose the browser you're using now, and turn it on.

Download and install
Tap Download for Android below. Once it's downloaded, open it from your Downloads folder or the notification that appears, then tap Install. Confirm the permission prompt if Android asks again.

Open and sign in
Launch Braced to Grow from your home screen or app drawer, then sign in with the account your clinic set up for you.
